Clearedge Projects recently completed the fabrication, integration and assembly of a wastewater treatment system for a leading multinational food and beverage manufacturer in Nigeria, delivered in collaboration with Talbot.
The project showcases Clearedge Projects’ capability across mechanical fabrication, electrical engineering, process integration, container modifications, and system assembly for industrial water and wastewater applications.
Clearedge delivered:
Procurement and integration of a Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system
Design and manufacture of the main electrical distribution and control system
Integration of 3 automated dosing systems
Fabrication and assembly of two Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) units
Modification of two shipping containers to house process equipment
Assembly and factory testing of the treatment plant
The system was assembled in shipping containers to simplify transport, installation, and commissioning while maintaining a practical and robust design suited to industrial wastewater treatment requirements.
